Newlife Pilates

NewLife Pilates is a small, boutique Pilates studio located in Hamilton, Ontario. The studio offers a warm and inviting environment where you can feel comfortable in your practice. We are located directly above Starbucks on the second floor at 158 Locke Street South. You will find our entrance located on the North side of the building. There is ample parking behind the building and in the surrounding area.
