Pilates Holistic Center Hamburg

Pilates Holistic Center Hamburg is the first and only fully equipped STOTT PILATES studio in Hamburg. It was founded in March of 2007 by the current owner, Sandra de Sousa Machado, who has lived all of her life in Hamburg. The studio is located in the St. Pauli district, the western downtown of Hamburg and is easily accessible on foot or by bus and trains. Public parking spaces are also available. The studio is located in a quite backyard. The 118sqm, light flooded loft-style facility offers a cozy and open environment with a sunny roof-deck for exercises and relaxing, change rooms, showers with amenities and a separate change room. Snacks and soft drinks as well as coffee and tea are offered free of charge.
