Granite Bay Pilates and Yoga is a full service studio located in Granite Bay near Sacramento, California. We offer private and group sessions in yoga and pilates. Classes are taught by certified and experienced instructors trained in yoga, pilates mat, reformer, cadillac and chair. In addition, on staff we have two certified massage therapists available. With two separate studios at our location we can offer more classes during the day to suit your needs
