The Yoga Nook

The Yoga Nook opened in 2000. As an established yoga studio in the Glens Falls area we draw participants from several surrounding communities. The Yoga Nook specializes in a soft and gentle approach to practicing yoga, even in our more ambitious classes. Participants range from the early 30's to the early 80's. The Yoga Nook also provides the Yoga for the Special Child (R) program, bringing the practices of yoga to children with special needs. Adults with developmental disabilities will also find a yoga program to meet their unique needs.
