Sanctuary Yoga

At Sanctuary, we believe that yoga is for everybody, and for a lifetime!!!
We are dedicated to the practice of yoga as a tool for building and maintaining strength, flexibility, and body awareness, as well as satisfying the need for relaxation and stress reduction with compassion and joy. After all, if this is a practice for a lifetime, it may as well be fun.
Our classes are designed to meet the diverse needs of our community by offering many styles of yoga and meditation at different levels of intensity, and with different perspectives so you can find a style and teacher that works for you.
The teachers and staff are focused on each student as an individual so they can help you identify the optimal classes and workshops that fit your personal needs and offer a challenge in a supportive environment.
