Bikram Cool Springs
We welcome you to the Middle Tennessee area's first and only Bikram certified Hot Yoga studios. The founder of Hot Yoga, Bikram Choudhury, personally approved the location in Cool Springs and gave permission to open the first Hot Yoga studio in Nashville that bears his name. We look forward to sharing our practice with you.
