Welcome to Yoga for You, LLC, a small studio nestled in historic downtown Frankfort. Yoga for You, LLC offers small classes with attention to alignment, breath and individual needs.
At Yoga for You, LLC, everyone can benefit from yoga no matter size, age or ability. We offer classes for every level including beginners, experienced, and those recovering from illness or injury. All classes give you the opportunity to re-connect with your breath and yourself so that you can experience relaxation in your body and mind. Our teachers emphasize self-awareness and proper alignment in a safe, fun, and caring environment.
Can't touch your toes? No worries. Classes are tailored to students' abilities. Props are used to increase your accessibility and deepen your awareness. Experience for yourself how yoga can improve your daily life.
All our classes are on a drop-in basis. No pre-registration necessary. Come and join a class at any time.
