Studio On Main

Studio on Main classes have moved to the Oliver Art Center, Frankfort. Just off Main, take a left at Harbor Lights and dead end at our door! We offer all types of mind/body & fitness classes from certified instructors. Our instructors are passionate about seeking knowledge in their discipline and using that knowledge to take their students to the next level. We offer classes for everyone. If you have never experienced Pilates or yoga, or are looking to deepen your practice, you will find a class to meet your needs.
