Blossom Yoga

Blossom Yoga is the only place in Northwest Florida to take Svaroopa® yoga classes. Svaroopa® yoga offers a different approach to working with the body, focusing on "core release" and decompression of the spine.
We offer group, private and semi-private classes as well as yoga therapy to treat pain and other conditions, Embodyment® yoga therapy and Migun thermal massage bed therapy.
