We are dedicated to teaching the curative method of Bikram Yoga in a manner consistant with the principals of Bikram Choudhury and the requirements of Bikram's Yoga College of India.
Bikram Yoga Fort Lauderdale teaches only Bikram Choudhury’s trademarked 26 asana (posture) Beginning Yoga Series, using approved instructional dialogue.
Bikram Yoga instruction at Bikram Yoga Fort Lauderdale is provided only by knowledgeable and experienced teachers who have been trained and certified at Bikram’s Yoga College of India.
