Sole Yoga Florence is thrilled to bring Power Flow Yoga to Florence, Italy in a fun and intimate setting. Power Ashtanga comprises of dynamic poses that "flow" together and become like a dance. Our classes are strong, vigorous, vinyasa style yoga. Although based on the beautiful practice of Ashtanga, power yoga does not follow a set series of poses so classes can vary widely. This allows for a more fun and playful experience on the mat!
