Highland Lake Yoga
We are blessed to have a facility that is located on the grounds of Highland Lake Inn, a beautiful resort. A wonderful feature is the large wooden deck overlooking several acres of organic herb and flower gardens which slope down to a tranquil lake. Whenever the weather is fine, we do yoga on the deck. Flocks of geese fly over and we are often visited by the resident peacock. This is an absolutely magical place to do Sun Salutations in the morning.
