Yoga Experience
They are all highly trained and committed to excellence and continuing education. Everyone has completed teacher trainings with Certified Anusara® teachers and each instructor has over 200 hours of Anusara Yoga immersion and teacher’s training, plus many additional hours of workshops and classes. Many have also received training in yoga therapeutics from Anusara Yoga’s founder John Friend, where they learned how to apply the universal principles of alignment to specific structural injuries and physical limitations.
