Seacoast Power Yoga

The intention of Seacoast Power Yoga is to empower each of us to experience our best possible selves. We believe this yoga can transform both body and mind. We are all fully capable of leaving old unnecessary habits behind and leading a more mindful life. The support of this community can propel each of us to reach for something bigger. As we practice our breath and flow on our mats we will notice connection between mind, body and spirit in our lives. Through living our yoga, we can embrace the love, joy, and peace that already exist within us.
