Blissed Out

My yoga practice started in 2001, and has had an increasing impact on my life throughout the years. My passion is helping people improve their health and well being with yoga and Thai Yoga Therapy. I have been teaching private yoga classes since June of 2011, and small group classes since August of 2011. I currently work as a Thai Yoga Therapist, and will be RYT 200 in December 2011.
Yoga is about so much more than the poses, and in my classes, I like to focus on breathing and meditation along with the poses, or asanas. My intention is to teach a well-rounded class that will leave you centered, peaceful and stronger.
