We believe empowering individuals through an increased breath, body and mind awareness made possible by performing Yoga postures and Pilates exercises will result in better health and well-being. As students gain greater appreciation and acceptance of and respect for their body, peace and calm follow, health is achieved and focus, balance, flexibility and strength are attained.
At Fusion Mind/Body Studio we design classes to meet our students' needs and abilities. We provide an atmosphere of acceptance and freedom for the students to experience their unique selves at every moment, with an aim towards physical fitness, healing, self-improvement, empowerment and spiritual awakening.
