At Inner Sanctum Yoga we offer weekly yoga classes including Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, private one-on-one instruction, and kids and preschool programs.
Located in DuPont, Washington, our cozy, in-home yoga studio offers quality yoga instruction in a safe environment allowing the student to develop at his or her own pace. We believe that yoga can be a lifelong practice and is best if practiced on a regular basis. It is our desire to offer a place where students can establish a consistent yoga practice close to home.
