Yoga North in Duluth, Minnesota–known for their Teacher Training programs and their emphasis on the Yamas & Niyamas–provides yoga classes in a variety of styles including Therapeutic yoga, Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Restorative, Yin, Children’s yoga, as well as a number of specialized classes and workshops on yogic thought and eastern philosophy. With more than 20 weekly classes and over a dozen instructors, there is a class to serve everyone’s practice.
