Yoga Connection is a sanctuary that is dedicated to healing and balancing the mind, body and spirit, and offers a variety of Yoga classes in two studio rooms (hot and non-heated). We also offer Private and Group Instruction, Private Instruction, Workshops and other exciting Events.

Yoga Connection is a fully accredited Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher Training facility offering regularly scheduled Teacher Trainings
