Embody Love Yoga is an approach to teaching and offering asana (yoga poses) through a lens of acceptance and appreciation. Our yoga philosophy emphasizes non-comparison, presence, balance, centering, openness, and forgiveness.
We offer yoga to connect the mind (thinking), the heart (feeling), and soul (being), and the breath (living). We teach yoga in a way that promotes self-awareness, openness to change, and complete acceptance.
