Established in 1998, Studio Lotus is one of Atlanta's most established Pilates studios and teacher training facilities. We also offer other core strengthening modalities, including Redcord and Physical Culture Kettlebells.
Pilates Teacher Training
Studio Lotus became the first Power Pilates Affiliate Training Center in 2001 and since then, Davidson Reid and Anne Brendle have trained more than 600 Pilates instructors. We offer 18 Power Pilates teacher training programs a year, from beginner Pilates mat to comprehensive training on the apparatus.
