Awaken Flow Yoga
Awaken--stretch, relax and strengthen with Vinyasa (flow) yoga. Current schedule includes gentle beginners, beginners, Level I (some experience or active lifestyle) and Level II (yoga experience and active lifestyle.)Several specialty classes have been added including a morning and evening gentle/beginners class;a partner yoga class;an evening and two morning "Chair Yoga" classes for those that have physical limitations, we stay seated throughout the 45 minute class.Experience with Parkinson's disease Most of the classes have 5 components: centering, salutations, standing poses, seated poses and savasana. Feel the balance between East and West. Also private classes in a "green" yurt style sanctuary.Am and pm classes Monday through Thursday and Saturday
