Quest Yoga

Since 2003, Quest Yoga has provided a friendly environment where students can learn and practice in a supportive and mindful way. Rooted in the heart, soul and compassion of Kripalu Yoga, we encourage our students to honor and respect their bodies but to also challenge themselves in a fun, safe way. Our classes aim to inspire students, to help them develop more strength and flexibility, to connect more deeply and authentically to themselves, to the Divine and the world around us. Our yoga community is a beautiful mix of practitioners – amazing athletes, busy moms, hard working professionals, experienced yogis and those just discovering yoga for the first time.
