First Class is FREE!!!
Currently we offer from three to five classes Monday through Saturday. Our website has a current calendar of events and classes. We are a new business and will be continually adding more class offerings.
Current Classes include Vinyasa (Flowing) YogaFit classes, PilatesFit, FusionFit (Yoga and Pilates), Seniors, Restorative, and we are eager to accomodate your needs.
Soon we will be adding Therapeutic classes.
We also specialize in Kids Yoga, Seniors Yoga and Private Sessions.
Zumba and other classes coming soon
We will gladly come to your venue to teach classes at group rates.
