Welcome to Santosha Yoga. Santosha is the Sanskrit word for contentment and that is what yoga has brought into my life and I want to share it with you. Join us at Santosha Yoga and you will learn the inner and outer workings of yoga.
We are open 7 days a week. Whether you purchase a package or just drop in you can go to any class, offered anytime with any teacher. Pre-registration is not required for any of the regular classes. Just come on in and we will be happy to assist you. If you are new to Santosha Yoga your first week of yoga is free with no strings attached. It is our welcome gift to you.
