Based at Springfield Studio in Christleton, Jonny offers a full weekly timetable of classes varying from Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Hatha Yoga. Jonny aims to help people realise the connection between the mind and body through a combination of traditional Yogic practices, together with the advances of modern day methods. Seeing how powerful this is in building a true self-awareness, teaching Yoga gives me a fulfilling purpose in allowing Jonny to share his passion with others.
Jonny finds joy in making Yoga more accessible to everyone, particularly to those who don’t initially feel comfortable in such surroundings.
