We are conveniently located in Centreville Square Plaza which is near the intersection of Route 28 and Route 29. Our center is located in the plaza which contains stores such as GRAND International supermarket, Party Depot and Clock Tower Thrift Shop. We offer morning, evening and weekend classes that will awaken and refresh your body, mind and spirit - not just during the one hour class but throughout your daily life. We specialize in yoga, tai chi, prenatal, healing and massage. This is a family-owned and operated center. We hope to share with your family what has brought great peace and happiness to ours!
