Unlike other Boxing Fitness Clubs where the bag cage is a maze of hanging bags like a “Fun House” and it’s difficult to see the trainer, our cage is much more effective. It’s in the design of a SQUARE with an open center. Every participant can see the trainer at all times! This way you are never lost in class and always know what’s going on. (You can’t hide either!)We train on a total of 36, custom made, 6 foot tall, 150lb Muay Thai Heavy Bags. The majority of your classes will be using these bags and they will become your best friend. (Worst enemy for some!)We are also proud to use Everlast Speed Bag platforms, Uppercut Bags, Double Ended Bags, Jump Ropes, and other Everlast Boxing equipment.
