A Breath Of Yoga

A Breath of Yoga, LLC, located in Historic Downtown Carrollton, offers a community of people looking to enrich their lives by embracing their mind, body and spirit through the use of yoga techniques. All teachers are certified through Yoga Alliance. We offer a variety of classes, seven days per week. Private yoga therapy is available upon request.
