Vinyasa Arts

Vinyasa Arts yoga studio is located in Cardiff and serves the areas of Encinitas, Del Mar and the greater San Diego area. We offer vinyasa yoga classes as well as yin yoga. Members of Vinyasa Arts will receive free monthly yoga workshops hosted by Vinyasa Arts. We also offer high quality yoga teacher training. We are motivated every day to take yoga one step further. Whether you take your vinyasa yoga practice to a new level, or bring a new sense of confidence into your personal life; we are here to help you grow, not only as an individual but also as a synergetic being, a community member. Vinyasa Arts is “moving off the proverbial yoga mat” and into originality with compassion, strength, and competence.
