Enjoy a tranquil and comfortable environment dedicated to exercise, meditation, and positive energy. Our practitioners come in all shapes and sizes and you don't need any prior experience in yoga or meditation to take our regular classes. Experienced practioners will find a stimulating mixture of exercise, breathing and meditation to complement their prior training. We offer a variety of classes and in-depth workshops.
