Evolation Yoga
The first studio to bring Bikram’s yoga method to Western New York, it’s now amongst the first to evolve into an evolation location. Centrally located in the Elmwood village, this studio is uniquely situated in a house, which immediately conveys the warm and welcoming feeling of being at home. With a spacious living room to chill out after class and connect with fellow students, it’s no wonder this studio is known for its inclusive sense of community.
