Namaste Yoga Studio

Eleven years ago I walked into my first yoga class and fell in love. I began an intensive study and practice attending class four to five times a week which continued for seven years. I gained an extensive knowledge base through my studies and furthered my skills with Advanced Training at the Yoga Alliance. I opened Namaste Yoga Studio in 2000, where I could teach my own brand of Yoga that incorporates an eclectic mix of styles while focusing on the personal growth of the student. We teach breath work, body movement, alignment and asana in one and a half hour classes.
I am trained in Classic Hatha Yoga, Anasara Yoga, Flow Yoga, Iyengar Yoga and have had moderate training in Asthanga Yoga. My Yoga Education has been an on going experience and continues to evolve as I and my students benefit from guest instructors at my studio as well as having had the opportunity to attend numerous workshops both locally and around the globe.
