The Inner Space
Welcome to the Inner Space, a studio like no other. We have two expansive, pristine studios with soaring ceilings, skylights, suspended maple hardwood floors and mirrors. In these rooms, people of all walks of life practice Yoga, Pilates, Nia, Capoeira and Karate. Others rent the space and gather here for birthday parties, celebrations, bar mitzvahs and art exhibits. We're also introducing Shiatsu Massage! Our expert teachers, harmonious atmosphere, and diverse programs make the Inner Space the ideal place to exercise your spirit, body and soul.
