Yoga Country

Yoga Country is Brentwood’s Premiere Yoga Studio. We are located just south of Nashville, Tennessee off I-65. We strive to create a nurturing environment where each student can start where they are and grow their practice from there. We offer a variety of different classes perfect for beginners, advanced practitioners and everything in between. All of our classes are taught by highly trained instructors, each with a unique background. Whether you are looking for a yin class to relax and stretch or a power class to tone and sweat, we have the right class for you. To help you on your way, we have a Yoga Advisor who can provide advice and suggestions so we can be sure you have the best experience possible.
