Laura Spinney

Laura offers classes in Yoga, Pilates and Dance in and around the Bournemouth area. She trained as a dancer at the prestigious Laban contemporary Dance school in London, where she gained an excellent understanding of the body, health and fitness, as well as her degree in performance.
