We at South End Yoga pride ourselves on being a “boutique studio” because we are small and our classes are customized to give you the best yoga experience possible.
Our very experienced, extremely educated and caring instructors offer classes of the highest quality. Many of these classes can be found only at our studio.
At South End Yoga it is important to us that every one of you has a class that you can participate in. Our classes range from those to suit physically fit, athletic students to ones that are especially for the less fit, older or injured students.
We work hard to please you and let you know that you are special. We do not over-crowd our classes so that you have plenty of room to move around and you will receive the individual attention that you desire.
