Owned and operated by Chris and Heather McGill, our special studio has grown roots as we have purchased the building and continue to teach, manage and nuture the programs in place. Personalized service and attention to detail will be met with a smile & sincerity as you explore oppurtunities to workout and train with professionals.
We are a fully equipped Pilates and Yoga studio open to the community on the Island of Boca Grande, FL. A serene 2200sf studio located in the historic district of the Island, just a 1 minute walk from the Gulf beaches. Our sun-lit sanctuary offers professional instruction in pilates mat & reformer, Signature Classes like: Banyan Barre & Banyan Beach Yoga, mixed-level yoga, power plate, indoor cycle/spin group classes and private sessions, year-round! Our teacher training is Classical Romana & Peak, BASI, Stott and post-rehab Physical Therapy integration.
