Birmingham Yoga
The mission of Birmingham Yoga is to support, nurture and strengthen the Birmingham, AL, yoga community through yoga teacher training opportunities multi-level workshops, studio classes and networking with area studios and serving as a source of information for area students in search of studio-based training and area classes.

We continue to hold the “studio without walls” concept in our hearts, as we feel borders and boundaries are something of an illusion, maya. We are blessed with a growing family of talented teachers in Birmingham. It is in the spirit of community that we continue sharing information about yoga-related events and classes in the area, in addition those organized by us, so that the individual seeking a teacher or class can be aware of the abundant opportunities to experience and immerse themselves in the practice of yoga.
