We have a very knowledgeable and highly trained staff of therapists and teachers in movement education, and specialize in fitness and weight loss, natural wellness of mind, body and spirit and help people recover and prevent injury. We focus on serving you in your health and wellness needs personally. We offer a peacefully warm and relaxing studio with private sessions, group classes and workshops with something for everyone, from babies to seniors and beginners to power yogi’s. Our Licensed Massage Therapists and Yoga Teachers are certified in their specialties and value the need to continue their education by keeping up to date with the latest in the wellness and medical fields. We use research and prevention in movement education while honoring the true tradition of ancient healing principles to deliver and cater the best possible therapy session and/or yoga class suited to you to help you achieve your goals in relaxation, fitness, injury recovery and prevention.
