We believe in furthering our learning and offer Yoga Teacher Training, In-depth study in Hatha Yoga, Anusara Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Kids Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Therapy Training programs. We offer quality Massage Therapy, Yoga Therapy and Therapeutic Yoga in the Lehigh Valley.
