Berkeley Yoga Center is located in a beautiful studio, with warm hard-wood floors and plenty of light. Our teachers have a rich background in yoga, and many of us have experience in other healing traditions like massage and bodywork, dance, and Pilates. We offer a variety of classes and class levels, catering to beginning students as well as those with more experience
