3 OMS YOGA is a community dedicated to awareness, connection, growth, mindfulness, and physical unfolding through the practice of Yoga. When you visit our beautiful, welcoming studio, you will enjoy well-crafted classes taught by dynamic, highly-trained and experienced instructors. We honor yoga in all of its diversity, and incorporate teachings from many yoga traditions into our eclectic studio. Be open, explore and even have fun!
