Flame Yoga Studio

Flame Yoga Studio Belfast provides yoga classes for a maximum of ten people. The general yoga classes include a mixture of mat yoga and wall rope yoga so each class is never the same. We have an Iyengar rope wall which helps with the precision and alignment for which Iyengar yoga is renowned.
