Serenity Yoga Center
Serenity Yoga Center provides a wonderful environment for both beginners to learn, and for the more advanced student to explore postures with a beginner's mind or challenge their edge. Students develop self-awareness and deeper insights into the postures. We provide detailed instruction and individualized attention for all. We address Yoga on and off the mat. Everything is provided for a complete and supported Yoga practice and relaxation.Our classes are designed to help you increase flexibility, develop strength, improve balance (mental as well as physical), learn to relax, and relieve stress. You will learn breathing techniques that will help you focus, relax, sleep, energize, calm. These are useful tools that can be practiced anytime during your day. Just imagine learning how to find peace of mind in the midst of the demands of your daily responsibilities.
