Here at Abbey Leisure centre, we’re conveniently located right in the heart of Barking and offer a fantastic variety of activities and facilities for you to enjoy. We have three group exercise studios that play host to a huge range of sessions designed to meet all needs. On site, we also have a spa, alongside a fantastic soft play area and a cafe too.
