We are an Austin based yoga studio and educational service. Yogapeutics offers yoga classes, workshops for parents and teachers and aerial yoga hammock packages that combine neuroscience and principles of western rehabilitation & sensory processing with the wisdom and teachings of yoga and mindfulness practices. We utilize sensory enrichment techniques, aerial yoga hammocks, partner poses or acro-yoga to fuse additional playfulness and therapeutic elements into our yoga classes.
