Canyon Spirit Yoga Center
We are a traditional yoga center, based on vinyasa (flow) yoga in a serene and quiet environment. We offer ongoing yoga classes ranging from very gentle to challenging. The gentle classes have a therapeutic quality with the emphasis on wellness and developing self knowledge. The more challenging classes include deep breathing and full range of motion as well as training in strength and flexibility. The ongoing easy classes are appropriate for newer students who have some experience and others who want to work on specific issues. All of our teachers are certified and professional, and provide personal attention with the ability to help you modify or intensify your practice.
