Pure Yoga Practice
Pure Yoga Practice is homey yoga studio which holds classes morning and evening for beginners and intermediate students. Its founder and main teacher NicoleJoannides who has been a dedicated student of yoga for over a decade and a teacher for half, takes students on a trip with her music during practice and her inspiring themes. She also teaches Pre-post natal for the mummy's.
The beauty of this studio is that the classes are maximum 6 people in each class which gives you the freedom to voice any concerns durning class and get therapeutic adjusting to 'fix' any discomfort.
