As per yogic science, out of 72,000 Nadis (energy channels) present in subtle body, the three Nadis- Ida, Pingala and Sushumna are considered the most important.
This special practice ‘MDS’ helps to clean Ida as well as Pingala and opens the Sushumna nadi effectively allowing the Kundalini energy to rise without much effort.
This practice is a carefully and specially designed set of synchronized body movements combined with simple asanas which suits to all age groups.
According to Guru Pathanjali and also by many Enlightened Gurus the eight limbed path [ 'Asta' means eight, 'anga' means limbs ] is most recommended for self realization. As per the Astanga or Raja yoga an equal or some times much higher concentration is given for the other higher limbs like pranayama, meditation, kriyas, and of course samathi or silence.
In short it is like providing a one stop solution for the seeker [yogis and yoginis] towards Enlightenment.
